Mobile app for event planning and management from one hand.

My role was to develop the information architecture of the app, design screen mock-ups, and build an interactive prototype using Figma.
The stakeholders have had already mapped out the main features and provided a detailed briefing on the business model. I translated their idea into tangible UX UI design concept with the user target in mind.
My role
Dealing with more content than a mobile screen can accommodate is always challenging to implement. As a designer I typically wouldn't want to write out things I can visualize and the challenge here was not only to prioritize and trade-off content for visual elements but also communicating this to the stakeholders.

To streamline all aspects of event coordination for users, I structured the item selection process and explanatory data loads into tabs, forms and drop-down menus. In this way unnecessary clicks and respectively screens get saved off.
